Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and scale Thrillophilia's social presence. This role involves owning end-to-end social media strategy, driving engagement, and building a strong brand voice across platforms while nurturing our 2.2M+ travel-loving community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and grow Thrillophilia's 2.2 million+ social community with engaging, high-quality content
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, seasonality, and travel trends
  • Drive organic growth, engagement, and reach through innovative campaigns and storytelling
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, design, and content teams for integrated campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
  • Manage influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and brand partnerships
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms

Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in social media management, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale social media accounts (1M+ followers preferred)
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, reels/short-form videos, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and social media dashboards
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and viral content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Good to Have

  • Experience in travel or D2C brands
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and creator ecosystems
  • Basic understanding of paid social amplification
