Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a Senior Social Media Manager and Lead Strategist. The individual will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and audience engagement. Responsibilities include leading content creation, managing social media campaigns, optimising posts for maximum reach and impact, and developing comprehensive content strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with trends to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills to work collaboratively and ensure effective messaging
- Ability to analyse performance data, track trends, and implement analytics-driven improvements
- Experience in team leadership and project management is a plus
- Proficiency with social media platforms, management tools, and digital analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
