Role Description

We're looking for a creative, trend-aware and execution-driven Social Media Manager who doesn't just post content but builds a brand.

If you understand fashion aesthetics, storytelling, reels strategy and how to create consistent, thematic feeds, this role is for you.

You will be handling social media for fashion and clothing brands and will be responsible for:

Planning and executing monthly content calendars

Ideating reel concepts aligned with trends and brand identity

Managing daily stories with engagement-driven content

Creating thematic and visually consistent profile grids

Coordinating UGC and influencer collaborations

Writing captions that drive engagement and conversions

Tracking performance and improving content strategy

Who we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in social media management

Experience handling a clothing or fashion brand is a big plus

Strong understanding of Instagram growth and trends

Good aesthetic sense and content storytelling ability

Hands-on experience with reels strategy and short-form content

Comfortable coordinating with designers, editors and influencers

Self-driven, proactive and idea-oriented

Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur
