Role Description
The Social Media Manager will lead social media initiatives, oversee content creation, and ensure alignment with the brand's voice and identity. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and managing the overall presence across platforms. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to develop effective content strategies is essential. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage engaging campaigns
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling social media posts and responses
- Experience in developing Content Strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives
- Ability to analyze social media analytics and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to stay updated with social media trends
- Knowledge of creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
