We are a Thane-based Digital Marketing Agency rapidly expanding our footprint in the Healthcare, Jewellery and D2C e-commerce sectors. We are moving from a standard agency model to a complete digital business solution provider. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is not just a poster but a strategistsomeone who understands the data behind the creative.
What You Will Do (The Role)
- Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute social media calendars for clients. You aren't just posting; you are building a brand narrative.
- Influencer Management: Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness for clients.
- ORM & Community: Act as the voice of the brand. Manage Online Reputation (ORM), reply to comments/DMs professionally, and handle crisis communication if needed.
- Performance Analysis: You must be comfortable reading performance reports. You need to look at the numbers and tell the team why a post worked or failed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal graphic designers and performance marketers to align organic efforts with paid ad strategies.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)
- Experience: 23 years of dedicated agency experience.
- Language Proficiency:Must be a Native/Fluent Marathi speaker with good command over English. (You will likely communicate with local clients or create regional content).
- The Mindset: You have a problem-solving attitude. You don't wait for instructions; you find solutions.
- Tech Stack:
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Experience with Project Management tools is a must (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Slack).
- Canva friendly (for quick edits/ideas).
- Bonus: Prior experience in the D2C or Healthcare/Medical sector is a massive plus.
