Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media presence across platforms, strategizing and executing content plans, optimizing content for performance, and driving engagement. This includes creating and posting content, monitoring social media performance, and staying updated on the latest trends to ensure alignment with the company's brand and goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling will also be a key component of this role.

In-hand salary: INR 40,000 - 60,000/ Month

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow social media accounts effectively.
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to create engaging and impactful content.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategies that align with business goals.
• Understanding of social media analytics, trends, and tools to measure performance and improve strategies.
• Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in social media management, especially in digital or creative industries, is a plus.
