Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Social Media Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing platform-specific communications, and managing social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will analyze audience metrics, adjust strategies for optimal engagement, and stay updated on trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to create and manage effective campaigns.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging, clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies tailored for varied audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to drive better performance and engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered social media tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms is highly desirable.
