We're hiring a Global Social Media Manager at $130,000$220,000.

The Dignity Movement is a worldwide nonprofit coalition ending the $400 trillion global retirement crisis. We work through thousands of partner organizations churches, credit unions, veterans halls, cooperatives, and community centers across the United States, the UK, Europe, Japan, Latin America, and beyond.

We don't run ads. We build movements. And movements live or die on storytelling.

We're not looking for someone to schedule posts. We're looking for someone who understands that a single story told right can move a pastor in Atlanta to launch a retirement chapter, a credit union in London to deploy free technology to its members, or a cooperative in rural Mexico to open its first BabyTrust accounts.

That skill is rare. We are willing to pay above market rates for rare skill with average compensation.

What you'll do:

Own our voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok for a global audience. Write and produce content that makes people act, not scroll. Build strategy across communities spanning six continents. Work directly with community leaders from Black churches in the American South to Silver Human Resource Centers in Japan to microfinance networks in Latin America to amplify stories from the field. Track what matters: not impressions, but the number of people who move from awareness to action.

Who you are:

4+ years in social media for a mission-driven organization or global brand. A portfolio that proves you make people feel something across cultures and languages. You write like a human, not a brand guide. You understand analytics without being enslaved by them. And you care about this cause because 80% of seniors globally are at risk of outliving their resources, and that makes you angry enough to do something.

What we offer:

$130K$220K base. Full benefits. Remote with 1520% travel (international). A mission you'll never have to pretend to care about.
