Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing online communities, and executing paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, proven experience in a similar role, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Content Creation & Community Management: Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and values. Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers and monitoring channels for relevant discussions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches and promotions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
  • Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management. Stay updated on advertising trends and platform updates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding. Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.

Skills Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (SMM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Content Writing).
  • Experience with social media analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
