Role

We are looking for a senior professional who can own both the strategy and the client.

Not just plan content. Not just manage accounts.

We need someone who can read a client's objectives, build the social strategy around them, lead the team that delivers it, and be the person the client trusts.

This is a leadership role with a hands-on core. You will set direction, run client relationships independently, and step into execution when the work demands it.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy

• Build platform-wise social media strategies aligned to client goals, from annual plans to campaign-level roadmaps
• Develop campaign concepts, content pillars, and messaging frameworks for government and private brands
• Oversee monthly content calendars across multiple accounts and ensure quality and consistency
• Plan social coverage for events, launches, and on-ground activations, including shoot planning and real-time posting
• Analyse performance, draw insights, and refine strategy based on what works

Client Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, including senior government officials and brand leadership
• Take briefs, translate them into clear deliverables, and manage timelines, approvals, and expectations
• Present strategies, campaign ideas, and monthly performance reports to clients
• Handle feedback, escalations, and sensitive communication with maturity and discretion
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business pitches and proposals

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor social media executives, content writers, and coordinators
• Work closely with design, video, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time
• Review captions, scripts, creatives, and edits before they reach the client
• Set internal processes for workflow, reporting, and quality checks

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or agency account management
• An MBA degree (preffered)
• Proven experience handling multiple client accounts, ideally in an agency setup
• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills in English and Hindi
• Sharp understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X behave and what works where
• Comfort with analytics tools and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects against tight deadlines
• Experience with government or public sector communication is a strong advantage
• Awareness of trends without losing brand relevance or tone
