Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage and scale our B2B SaaS social presence. The role requires strong channel handling, content leadership, and ownership of the content calendar, with a clear focus on driving brand authority, engagement, and demand through high-quality content and performance-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end social media channel management (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms)
Develop and execute B2B SaaS-focused social media content strategy
Plan, manage, and optimize the social media content calendar aligned with marketing and product goals
Conduct industry, competitor, and reference research to create insightful and value-driven content
Provide visual direction and collaborate with design teams for creatives and brand consistency
Write and edit high-quality B2B content and copy (thought leadership, product updates, case studies, campaigns)
Apply SEO and SEM principles to improve reach, discoverability, and performance
Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and continuously optimize content
Stay updated with B2B SaaS trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong content writing and copywriting skills for B2B audiences
Proven experience in social media channel handling for B2B or SaaS brands
Advanced understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals
Ability to plan and manage content calendars across multiple campaigns
Good understanding of visual content strategy for social platforms
Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (B2B SaaS preferred)
Experience working closely with marketing, product, and growth teams
Familiarity with SaaS funnels, demand generation, and lead-focused content is a plus **
