Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the voice of the brand across platforms someone who understands how content, design, and community interplay to shape perception. The ideal candidate blends communication strategy, design acumen, and cultural awareness to drive engagement and build an aspirational brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Strategy:

Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand goals.

Craft a distinct tone and narrative that resonates with students, parents, and educators.

Plan content calendars, campaigns, and launches in collaboration with the creative and product teams.

Content & Design Oversight

Translate ideas into compelling posts, videos, and visual stories with high design sensitivity.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.

Ensure all communication reflects Toprankers core values of excellence, aspiration, and authenticity.

Community & Engagement

Build and manage online communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Drive engagement through trends, storytelling, and meaningful interactions.

Track sentiment and feedback to continuously refine messaging.

Analytics & Growth

Monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

Experiment with formats and campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep Toprankers digital presence dynamic.

What We're Looking For

36 years of experience in social media or brand communications.

Strong grasp of content strategy, writing, and visual storytelling.

Understanding of design tools and creative processes.

Deep curiosity about youth culture, education trends, and digital storytelling.

Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
