Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with the brand's mission, vision, and goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
- Use content calendar tools to plan, organize, and maintain a regular posting schedule.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
- Foster engagement by participating in relevant conversations, using targeted hashtags, and sharing user-generated content.
- Prepare and present regular reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment with overall brand campaigns.
- Partner with influencers and content creators to expand brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital content planning, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
