Role Brief

We're looking for someone who understands brand, community, and growth, not just content posting.

Your role is to manage and scale Eureka Trips social media presence while maintaining strong brand consistency and community-first positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media platforms
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
  • Plan and execute a monthly content strategy
  • Teamwork and oversee engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
  • Build and engage our travel community
  • Track performance metrics and optimise strategy
  • Stay aligned with trends while protecting brand identity

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand building and community growth
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
  • Experience with analytics and scheduling tools
  • Travel/lifestyle brand experience is a plus
