Social Media & Lead Management Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.

Manage incoming leads and maintain accurate lead records.

Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-ups.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Gemini for content and productivity.

Assist with email marketing, reports, and other marketing activities.

Track social media performance, reach, and engagement.

Skills Required

Good communication and content-writing skills.

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

Familiarity with AI tools and basic content/design creation.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
