Social Media Manager (Linkedin + Instagram)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 years

At Daffodils Productions, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of social media for our clients, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. You should be comfortable moving from content ideas and copy to publishing, community engagement and performance reviews.

What you'll do

• Build monthly content plans and platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Write captions, post copy and briefs for creatives and reels.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and clients to get content published on time.
• Manage posting, engagement and day-to-day account activity.
• Review performance and use the insights to improve future content.
• Stay on top of platform trends and turn relevant ones into ideas for our clients.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience, with substantial work on both LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong writing skills and a clear understanding of how content differs across the two platforms.
• Experience managing brand accounts and content calendars independently.
• Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Agency experience is a plus.
