Roles & Responsibilities:
Always challenge your creative limits when working on concepts and campaigns.
Contribute to daily research, collaborative ideation, and execution of platform-specific
social content.
Anticipate upcoming sporting or cultural events to plan, create, and publish timely
and relevant content.
Coordinate with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedback to ensure alignment with
brand objectives.
Ideate and execute innovative campaigns aimed at increasing reach, engagement,
and followers across social media platforms.
Create clutter-breaking campaigns, including influencer-led initiatives from
conceptualization to coordination and execution.
Define key social media KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns.
Manage and oversee social media calendars, ensuring timely delivery and platform
optimization.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of social campaigns to refine
strategy and maximize impact.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of digital and social media trends.
Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Suite, X, Instagram, YouTube,
LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
