Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive/Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end social media operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end management of social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
  • Review and edit content before it goes live to ensure quality, brand alignment, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal creative/content teams for timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and overall platform performance.
  • Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and campaigns to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management/content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of content editing and social media creatives/videos.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines efficiently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in advertising, media, entertainment, or digital marketing industry.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
