About The Role

We are looking for a performance-driven and creatively sharp Social & Creator Strategy Lead to own and scale Swiss Beauty's presence across owned, earned, and commerce-driven content ecosystems.This role will drive platform growth, engagement, community building, and measurable business impact by integrating:

  • Organic social
  • Creator-led storytelling
  • Marketplace content
  • Performance marketing alignment

The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with analytical depth and understands how social drives commerce in a D2C + marketplace-led beauty business.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Growth & Performance Ownership

Core Platforms

Own end-to-end growth and performance across priority platforms:

  • Instagram (primary brand & engagement engine)
  • YouTube (long-form authority + Shorts scale engine)

Expansion Platforms

  • Snapchat (Gen Z engagement)
  • Pinterest (aspirational search-led discovery)
  • Regional short-video platforms (Tier 2/3 penetration)
  • LinkedIn (employer branding & leadership voice)

Commerce Ecosystem

  • Amazon & Nykaa (A+ content, PDP storytelling, storefront content)

Responsibilities

  • Define platform-wise KPIs (growth, reach, retention, conversions)
  • Deliver month-on-month growth across all owned platforms
  • Build structured growth roadmaps per channel
  • Align paid + organic strategy with performance marketing
  • Lead reporting dashboards with actionable insights
  • Translate platform analytics into optimization strategies

Content & Creative Direction

Lead platform-first storytelling with strong performance intent.

  • Drive creative direction for Reels, Shorts, tutorials, trend drops, launches
  • Build differentiated content playbooks per platform
  • Translate campaign & NPD narratives into high-performing formats
  • Ensure strong brand voice, visual consistency, and storytelling sharpness
  • Drive trend mining and real-time content agility
  • Build scalable repeatable content formats

Cross-Functional & Influencer Ecosystem Integration

Act as the strategic bridge across brand, creators, and commerce.

Collaborate Closely With

  • Influencer Marketing Team (strategic dotted-line collaboration)
  • E-commerce Team

Ensure Alignment Across

  • Social calendar
  • Influencer calendar

  • Marketplace content moments

Drive Cohesive Storytelling Across

Owned + Earned + Creator-led + Commerce ecosystems

Community & Reputation Building

  • Build high-retention beauty communities
  • Drive UGC, drops, challenges, and interactive formats
  • Strengthen LinkedIn presence for employer branding
  • Monitor brand sentiment and community health
  • Build advocacy-led content loops

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Manage internal social & content teams
  • Oversee agency partners and creator collaborations
  • Set performance benchmarks and quality standards
  • Ensure execution excellence within budgets and timelines
  • Build scalable processes for content velocity

Platform Mandate (Owned & Commerce Ecosystem)

This Role Will Own Strategy, Growth, And Performance Across

  • Instagram
  • YouTube (Long-form + Shorts)
  • Amazon Marketplace Content
  • Nykaa Marketplace Content
  • Snapchat
  • Pinterest
  • Regional Short-Video Platforms
  • LinkedIn

Requirements

  • 57 years of experience in social & digital content roles (Beauty / D2C preferred)
  • Proven success in scaling Instagram & YouTube
  • Strong understanding of marketplace content ecosystem (Amazon & Nykaa)
  • Deep knowledge of algorithms, analytics, retention metrics
  • Strong storytelling and brand sensibility
  • High ownership mindset with performance orientation
  • Experience managing teams & agencies

Working Conditions

  • Environment: Office setting
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
