Salary Range:35000 to 50000

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with company objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, public relations, and other internal teams to ensure a unified brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Engage with followers and the online community, fostering positive relationships and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on team leadership and creative direction.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design (using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) and video editing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead creative professionals.
  • Sound understanding of social media advertising, trends, and paid promotional campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge and experience in influencer marketing and community engagement strategies.
