Role OverviewWe're looking for someone who can own the brand's digital voice end-to-end from writing powerful website copy to creating storytelling-driven social content. This role blendscontent writing, copywriting, SEO basics, and full social media management.
Ideal for someone who thinks like a storyteller, writes like a marketer, and wants to grow in brand/marketing roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Ownership
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube end-to-end
- Plan content calendars, post daily content, and track performance
- Coordinate with design/video teams to turn ideas into strong creatives
- Capture raw video/photo content during events, sessions & campus activities
Content & Copywriting- Write high-quality copy for website pages, landing pages, blogs & campaigns
- Create engaging scripts, captions, reels copy, and storytelling-based posts
- Develop brochures, emailers, WhatsApp messaging, ad copy, and internal communication
- Ensure tone, clarity, and consistency across all brand communication
SEO & Digital Content- Apply basic SEO principles while writing website & blog content
- Research keywords, competitors, and trending topics
- Optimize content for readability, ranking, and conversion
Brand Storytelling- Convert student journeys, events, faculty stories & campus culture into strong narratives
- Build a cohesive digital identity across all channels
Required Skills & Profile- 23 yearsexperience in content, copy, social media, marketing
- At least 1 year of experience in a Marketing Agency(mandatory)
- Excellent writing skills crisp, creative, and impactful
- Comfortable managing social media independently
- Basic knowledge of SEO, trends, analytics & digital platforms
- Strong storytelling mindset and understanding of youth-driven communication
- Certifications inDigital Marketing(Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
- MBA/MMS/PGDM preferred (not mandatory)
