About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our end-to-end social media presence across platforms.

This role will own the brand's voice, drive scalable growth across channels, and build a high-performing content and community engine. You will combine storytelling, performance marketing, and internet culture to turn social media into a key business and brand lever.

Key Responsibilities

● Own social media strategy across platforms: Define content pillars, channel strategy, and growth roadmap across platforms.

● Lead content engine: Oversee planning and execution of high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, shorts, carousels, etc.) ensuring consistency, relevance, and performance.

● Drive organic + paid growth: Plan and optimize campaigns across platforms with a strong focus on reach, engagement, CAC, and lead generation.

● Own community and ORM: Build and scale engagement across comments, DMs, and external forums; ensure strong brand sentiment and response systems.

● Expand presence beyond core platforms: Drive brand credibility and conversations on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and other community-driven spaces.

● Leverage trends and culture: Continuously track platform updates, trends, and viral formats; translate them into scalable content strategies.

● Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, faculty, students, and creative teams to source content and execute campaigns.

● Performance ownership: Track metrics across platforms, derive insights, and continuously optimize for growth and efficiency.

● Team leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, freelancers, or agencies to ensure high-quality and consistent output.

What We're Looking For

● 3–4 years of experience in social media or content-led growth roles.

● Strong experience managing multi-platform social media ecosystems

● Proven track record of driving both organic and paid growth.

● Solid understanding of analytics, performance marketing, and content optimization.

● Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

● Deep understanding of internet culture, audience behavior, and platform nuances.
