Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 23 years of experience to join our team full-time.

This is an in-office role, 5 days a week, based at our studio in Frazer Town, Bangalore.

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing social media strategies across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and performance-driven growth. The role involves close collaboration with designers, content creators, and account managers to deliver impactful social media presence for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, insights, and trends to optimise content
  • Coordinate with the creative team for content briefs, shoots, and asset requirements
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
  • Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
Qualifications & Skills
  • 23 years of professional experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in content strategy, planning, and SMO
  • Ability to analyse insights and adapt strategies
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple brands
  • Basic understanding of creative workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
