Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media presence across platforms. The role demands strong content sense, platform understanding, and the ability to collaborate with design, performance, and client servicing teams.
You will be responsible for building brand voice, increasing engagement, and driving measurable outcomes through organic social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social media management for multiple brands
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content briefs for designers
- Manage platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube (as applicable)
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and saves
- Analyze trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize content
- Coordinate with performance marketing team for integrated campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients/internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and content trends
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to think creatively while remaining data-driven
- Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and influencer content
- Strong coordination and time-management skills
Good to Have
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
- Knowledge of reels strategy, hooks, and short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC content
