About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the social media strategy for SRV Media across all platforms
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting
Create engaging content including reels, static posts, stories, and long form content
Monitor platform trends and identify opportunities for brand visibility
Manage end to end social media campaigns and track performance
Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for creative requirements
Respond to comments and messages and maintain a strong online community
Track insights and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Manage influencer outreach and collaborations
Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
Skills and Experience
One to three years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of current trends and platform algorithms
Creative thinking with a sense of visual aesthetics
Good command over content planning and copywriting
Experience with scheduling tools and analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
