We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Handle community management: respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and other internal teams for content planning.
- Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and campaign ideas.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
