The agency also produces TV commercials, digital video content, and supports movie marketing initiatives. With a network of 50+ talented actors, musicians, dancers, and entertainment influencers from the southern states of India, South Artists Network serves as a hub for creative collaboration. The team takes pride in connecting brands with influential personalities for impactful campaigns.

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands creator culture, platform trends, and digital storytelling.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our agency's social presence as well as supporting creators with structured content calendars and strategies that drive organic growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the agency's Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Publish reels, posts, stories, and behind-the-scenes content from campaigns and studio shoots.
  • Highlight brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and campaign case studies.
  • Track performance and optimize content based on engagement and reach metrics.
  • Develop content calendar ideas for creators and artists managed by the agency.
  • Work with creators to plan consistent posting schedules and content formats.
  • Support creators with ideas for reels, trends, storytelling formats, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze organic social media growth, engagement, and audience insights.
  • Identify content opportunities to improve discoverability and audience reach.
  • Ensure creators maintain consistent brand voice and social presence.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, editors, and production teams to deliver social-first content.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm shifts, and viral content formats.
  • Support marketing initiatives like campaign launches, creator announcements, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 24 years experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or creator ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content platforms
  • Experience planning content calendars and social media strategies
  • Ability to track and interpret social media analytics and growth metrics
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or talent management teams
  • Basic understanding of video editing tools / design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Familiarity with creator growth strategies and audience engagement tactics
