This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our Gurugram office. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, optimizing platforms through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating content strategies. Responsibilities include designing and publishing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence and reach.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling content
• Ability to develop effective and innovative Content Strategies
• Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and tools
• Familiarity with education technology or skills development services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
