Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Social Media Manager, based in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Naukri Pay's social media presence across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing effective social media strategies, producing engaging content, optimizing accounts using Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, monitoring analytics, and fostering meaningful audience engagement. Coordinating with internal teams and ensuring brand consistency across all online channels will also form a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to produce engaging content
- Exceptional Communication skills for audience engagement and collaboration
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven improvements
- Familiarity with key social media platforms and trends
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
