Role Overview

The Social Media Manager at Sacred Alchemist is the custodian of the brand's digital voice and community. This role goes beyond posting content it is about buildingmeaningful, engaging, and conversation-led storytellingthat deepens the audience's connection with the brand. The individual will plan and manage the social media calendar, ensure consistent brand expression across platforms, track performance, and continuously evolve content to drive growth in followers, engagement, and relevance.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Calendar & Platform Management
  • Own and manage the monthly social media calendar acrossInstagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan content in alignment with brand launches, campaigns, collaborations, cultural moments, and ongoing wellness narratives.
  • Ensure consistency inbrand voice, tone, visual language, and philosophyacross all platforms.
  • Maintain a balance between educational, storytelling, community-driven, and engagement-led content.
2. Content Strategy & Storytelling
  • Conceptualize and script content ideas including reels, static posts, carousels, stories, UGC briefs, and campaign narratives.
  • Translate the brand's philosophy intosimple, relatable, and emotionally engaging storiesthat encourage interaction and dialogue.
  • Ensure every piece of content is intentional, meaningful, and aligned with Sacred Alchemist's values of wellness, authenticity, and simplicity.
3. Influencer & UGC Content Planning
  • Create structured content calendars and briefs for influencers and UGC creators.
  • Ensure creator content remains authentic while staying on-brand and engagement-focused.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and storytelling angles with creators to maximize impact and community connection.
4. Engagement & Community Building
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and interactions to ensure timely and thoughtful responses.
  • Actively look for opportunities to spark conversations, polls, Q&As, and interactive formats that strengthen community participation.
  • Build a warm, informed, and responsive brand presence online.
5. Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate with design, production, and external teams for photoshoots, video edits, and creative assets.
  • Ensure smooth execution from idea to posting, maintaining quality and timelines.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics including follower growth, reach, engagement, saves, shares, and content performance.
  • Create regular reports to assess what is working and where optimization is required.
  • Use insights to refine content strategy and continuously improve engagement and growth.
7. Trend & Market Awareness
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and creator-led campaigns.
  • Identify trends that align organically with the brand and adapt them thoughtfully rather than reactively.
