Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
• Plan, create, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, videos, and code) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness, and encourage community engagement
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective social media campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Set up and optimize company pages on each platform to increase content visibility
• Monitor SEO and customer engagement; suggest content optimization strategies
• Moderate user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy
• Collaborate with teams across sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maintain consistent content flow
• Capture and analyze social media data/metrics and insights to measure campaign success and refine future campaigns
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and visually appealing
• Expand professional network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media
