Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies that align with the brand's values and goals. On a daily basis, the role will involve content creation and scheduling, managing social media platforms, engaging with the online community, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with social media trends. The Social Media Manager will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with audiences and craft impactful messages
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored for various social media platforms
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
• Creative mindset with a keen understanding of yoga and wellness industries is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role is advantageous
• ability to use Canva, Photoshop, AI tools for content creation , editing is important.
• Need to be able to create Posters, Flyers, Website articles/blogs, Video editing.
