Role Overview
This is not just a social media manager role. You'll be the right hand to the founder when it comes to content, positioning, and storytelling. From ideating content to editing videos, publishing across 4 platforms, and managing podcasts & collaborations, you own it.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)
- Research trends, hooks, and formats relevant to founder-led personal brands
- Repurpose content for platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Long-form posts)
Video Recording & Editing
- Collaborate with Arun to script and record videos
- Edit reels and long-form content using tools like CapCut, Descript, Opus, or other AI-based editors
- Optimize content for speed, clarity, and emotional engagement
Brand Building & Growth
- Build the founder's personal brand with a POV-driven approach
- Post consistently with authority-building content: client wins, case studies, founder insights, founder lifestyle
- Track engagement, performance, and learn from analytics
Podcast & Collaboration Management
- Organize roundtable podcasts from ideation to guest management, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate PR appearances, partnerships, and collaborations for Arun's brand
- Repurpose podcast episodes into clips, quotes, and posts
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have 13 years of experience in social media/content for founders, creators, or agencies
- Are skilled in video editing using basic AI tools (Descript, Opus, CapCut, Captions.)
- Understand the DNA of content across IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, and FB
- Love storytelling, clarity, founder brands, and online growth
- Are self-driven, proactive, and hungry to grow alongside a fast-moving agency
