We're looking for a Social Media Manager cum Content Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can think both strategically and creatively, has a solid understanding of social media, and enjoys writing content that connects with different kinds of audiences.

Role Overview

This is a blended role that involves both managing social media channels and writing content for various platforms. Roughly 60% of your time will focus on social media strategy and execution, while the remaining 40% will involve writing content across both B2B and B2C domains. You'll work closely with designers, senior content writers, and digital strategists to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management (60%)

  • Plan and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and goals
  • Create and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, You tube
  • Monitor performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends, and industry insights
  • Respond to messages and comments in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, paid ads, and influencer activities

Content Writing (40%)

  • Write engaging and on-brand content for social, blogs, websites and Copies.
  • Work across both B2B and B2C domains, tailoring tone and messaging accordingly
  • Contribute to creative ideas, brand voice development, and messaging strategy
  • Coordinate with designers and strategists to bring campaigns to life
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content writing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different industries and audiences
  • Solid understanding of key social media metrics and how to optimise for them
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple brands or projects

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience with Reels, or short-form video content
  • Working knowledge of SEO or keyword-based content writing
