Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Best in the industry

Job Timings: Flexible (4am to 7am) and 9 hours total

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic social media plan aligned with business goals.

• Create compelling stories to be shared across social networks.

• Manage day-to-day interactions with followers/clients, addressing questions or complaints promptly.

• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Create photo and video content for social media posts.

• Engage with the community in a friendly, professional manner to foster relationships and dialogue.

• Monitor and comment on content created by fans and followers.

• Maintain an active, consistent social media presence across all required platforms.

• Monitor competitors social media channels to stay current with industry trends, ideas, and topics.

• Manage business page and user profile management effectively across platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create B2B sales-focused content and campaigns.

• Handle B2B PR management by engaging with relevant pages, forums, and associations.

• Identify opportunities for B2B collaborations and engagement initiatives with clients and suppliers.

• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates regularly.

• Stay up to date with market updates by subscribing to relevant newsletters, magazines, client and supplier updates, forums, marketplaces, and industry associations.

• Maintain a high level of quality control on all posts and ensure timely publishing.

Requirements:

2-3 years of social media management experience.

Strong multitasking skills.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to think creatively while aligning content with business objectives.

Good understanding of B2B marketing principles.
