About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas, hooks, captions, Reels and posts.
• Research trends, competitors and relevant property-investment topics.
• Work closely with our Content Strategist, Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
• Monitor analytics, engagement and audience growth.
• Test different content formats and improve performance based on data.
• Build brand awareness, audience engagement and social-media-generated leads.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and AI tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Good knowledge of Reels, content strategy and social media analytics.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with strong research skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience with real estate, finance or property investment is a plus.
