Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Indore. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement creative strategies to boost the brand's online presence. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and developing campaigns to engage with the target audience. This role will also involve staying updated with the latest trends in social media and ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and voice.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for diverse platforms
- Proven ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of Ayurvedic and wellness industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong creativity and ability to think strategically for innovative campaigns
