Social Media Manager

Knee Xpert strives to create awareness and promote early diagnosis of joint diseases, aiming to build an Arthritis-free India (Arthritis Mukt Bharat). Our mission is to bring joint care to the doorstep of every individual suffering from joint pain. We are a dedicated community of doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and influencers committed to improving the lives of those affected by joint discomfort.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Indore for a Social Media Manager. The role involves planning and managing social media content strategy, optimizing social media presence, and engaging with the online community to build brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing compelling written content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Creative thinking and the ability to engage with diverse online audiences
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
