Social Media Manager

#Hiringa Social Media Manager for Narrativ, a social media agency based in Chennai!

What you'll do:

- Manage client profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram

- Publish content (no substantial content creation)

- Ensure platform compliance

- Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and growth hacks

- And most importantly, drive engagement across all profiles and pages

You need:

- a deep understanding of how LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms work

- to be able to handle the small, repetitive tasks that quietly compound into page growth

- to come up with innovative ideas to drive engagement as we go along

What we're looking for:

- A person in their early/mid 20s with 2–3 years of experience at a social media or digital marketing agency

- Chennai-based, no remote work, full time 

- Fluent in English - good writing skills are important 

- Versatile with all social media platforms, common digital tools like Canva etc.

If you've grown a page from scratch or turned a dead account around, we especially want to hear from you

Would appreciate if you are curious, always experimenting and learning

Salary will be competitive - open to pay more that market standard for a good candidate
