Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building social media pages from scratchand creating viral, high-impact content. This role requires a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok by tailoring content strategies to each platform.
• Create and schedule engaging multimedia content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.) optimized for each platform's algorithm.
• Develop viral content concepts to boost reach and engagement, leveraging trending formats and innovative storytelling.
• Demonstrate past success by sharing social media accounts previously managed and highlighting growth metrics.
• Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify reach and credibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal brand community.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to
• keep strategies fresh and effective.
• Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Assignment Requirement: Candidates will be considered only after completing a social media assignment as part of our evaluation process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and growing social media pages from scratch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating viral content creation and successful engagement
• strategies.
• Expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content platforms is a plus.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and content trends.
• Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and high-quality content (graphics, videos,
• and copy).
• Experience collaborating with influencers and running paid social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
