Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Indore. The Social Media Manager will oversee content creation, implement social media strategies, and optimize digital platforms to enhance engagement and audience growth. Daily responsibilities include managing social channels, creating compelling posts, analyzing metrics, and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision. Collaboration with the marketing team, brainstorming innovative campaigns, and staying updated on the latest social media trends will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication and Content Strategy development skills
  • Proficiency in Writing engaging and creative content
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve strategies accordingly
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and audience engagement tactics
  • Prior experience in managing social channels for a brand or organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field preferred
