Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager in Gurgaon (hybrid setup). The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content tailored to target audiences. The Social Media Manager will also focus on implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with the team to improve social media presence and brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong knowledge of Content Strategy and ability to create engaging content
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, excluding internships
