About the Role
As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the social media strategy for Magicbricks, driving engagement and brand awareness across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead Social Media Strategy: Own and execute Magicbricks social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Create Impactful Content: Drive content planning, copywriting, and creative direction to build a strong, engaging, and distinctive brand voice.
- Develop Brand-Led IPs: Conceptualize and manage digital IPs like podcasts, talk shows, and properties such as The Property Show and Fireside Chat.
- Influencer & PR Management: Handle influencer and PR campaigns end-to-end from strategy and negotiation to execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to align content with broader GTM and lead-generation goals.
- Manage Creatives & Agencies: Work closely with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality creatives tailored for each platform.
- Track & Analyze Performance: Measure KPIs including engagement, reach, CTR, and ROAS and deliver actionable insights.
- Support Paid Campaigns: Manage paid social creatives and ad messaging across Meta and Google platforms.
- Integrate Brand Marketing: Support BTL activations, brand campaigns, and product launches with innovative marketing ideas.
Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in brand marketing, digital strategy, or social media management.
Required Skills
- Strong grasp of storytelling, digital content trends, and influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to drive organic growth and lead large-scale social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and MoEngage (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance creativity with business impact.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
