Social Media Manager

Compensation: 30,000 - 50,000.

This is a high-growth role. The more you grow Khet, the more you grow with it.

We're looking for someone to own Khet's internet presence.

Not just posting. Not just planning. Someone who can take an idea, get the right people working on it, and make sure it actually goes live.

The title is Social Media Manager. The responsibility is much bigger.

You'll have a team working with you, work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over how Khet shows up online.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own Khet's Instagram, content calendar and publishing

• Build a strong, consistent content pipeline and increase our content output

• Lead and manage our designers, editors, creators and social media intern

• Brief teams, follow up on work and make sure everything gets delivered on time

• Work directly with the founder on campaigns, launches and brand moments

• Bring your own ideas and contribute to content and campaign ideation

• Work on influencer and creator collaborations

• Track content performance and use it to improve what we do next

We care about quality. But we also need quantity. We want to build a social presence that is consistently active and interesting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-2 years of relevant social media/content experience

• Experience managing a brand, creator or growing social account

• Strong understanding of Instagram and current content formats

• A sharp eye for premium brands, fashion, beauty, fragrance and culture

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into execution

• Excellent organisation and follow-through

• Experience managing creative teams or multiple stakeholders

• Someone who can work independently and take decisions without constant direction

• Someone who is fast, disciplined and obsessed with getting things done
