Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can manage and strengthen our brand's presence across social platforms, drive engagement, and collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals

Manage day-to-day social media activities and community engagement

Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas

Content & Campaigns

Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with marketing and design teams

Work closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters for creatives

Support digital campaigns with impactful social content

Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms

Analytics & Growth

Track social media performance and analyse key metrics

Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement

Identify opportunities for audience growth and better engagement

Stay updated with latest social media trends and best practices

What We Expect

35 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Excellent communication and creative writing skills

Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands
