Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Lead content planning, creation, and publishing: reels, carousels, stories, videos, and campaigns
• Monitor and manage daily social media operations, interactions, and responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand-aligned content and messaging
• Analyze performance metrics using Meta Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools; prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm updates, and digital innovations
• Run social campaigns to support museum programs and public outreach
• Guide and mentor junior team members or freelance support as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• 815 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication
• Proven experience in building digital presence for a brand or organization
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and visual communication skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills
• Passion for education, sustainability, and child development is a plus
