About Jobsyme:

Jobsyme is an AI-powered job and resume platform helping professionals in the US job market improve their resumes, discover jobs, and apply smarter. We are building a strong brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google to reach job seekers globally, with a primary focus on the US audience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can own Jobsyme's social media presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands US-market content, knows how to build credibility and engagement, and can execute consistently across platforms.

You will be responsible for strategy, content planning, publishing, basic performance tracking, and coordination with designers and video editors.

Compensation: Up to 4,00,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Jobsyme's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X)
  • Create and execute a monthly social media content calendar
  • Write clear, human, non-AI-sounding captions and post copy for the US audience
  • Plan content themes such as job search tips, resume insights, product updates, and brand stories
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and short videos
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
  • Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Stay updated with US job market trends and LinkedIn content formats
  • Suggest ideas for reels, short videos, and founder-led content
  • Work closely with the founder to align content with product launches and campaigns

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience managing social media for brands or startups
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy (mandatory)
  • Excellent written English with a natural, human tone
  • Experience creating content for US or global audiences
  • Ability to plan, execute, and publish content independently
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, AI, or job-related platforms
  • Basic understanding of video content strategy (short-form videos, reels, YouTube shorts)
  • Experience working with founders or early-stage startups
