Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Automation, YouTube SEO, and MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) Generation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Canva's latest design and video tools, including AI voiceovers, avatar creation, Instagram Reels, and YouTube content optimization. The role demands a balance of creativity, marketing analytics, and automation-driven campaign execution to generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute high-quality visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to improve campaign efficiency and lead nurturing.
- Develop and optimize YouTube SEO strategies to increase visibility, watch time, and subscriber growth.
- Drive MQL generation through targeted social media and content marketing initiatives.
- Design and publish engaging content using Canva's advanced AI and video editing tools.
- Create AI voiceover-based videos, animated avatars, and interactive presentations for reels, stories, and YouTube Shorts.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute weekly campaign calendars.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and lead quality.
- Stay updated on the latest automation tools, social media trends, and algorithm updates.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Canva Pro (AI voiceovers, avatar design, and video editor tools).
- Proven experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Expertise in YouTube SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in MQL generation through paid and organic social media strategies.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and post formats.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Eye for aesthetics, design alignment, and visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing, automation, and lead generation.
- Portfolio or active social media profiles (Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube) showcasing previous work is mandatory.
