Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Identify target audiences, platform opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Plan and manage a social content calendar ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and posting frequency.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality assets.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and voice.
Community Management
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across platforms.
- Foster brand loyalty by building strong relationships with the online community.
- Manage user-generated content and handle customer queries or concerns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Utilize insights to optimize content strategy and improve campaign performance.
Campaign Execution
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand advocacy programs.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for viral or real-time content.
