We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site role located in Karur. The Social Media Manager will develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies, create engaging and on-brand content, and optimize social media performance. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong digital presence, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with social trends to ensure successful social media campaigns. Collaboration with the team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals is a key part of the role.

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong proficiency in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and managing effective Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends in social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands is highly preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as social media scheduling and analytics platforms
